Terms and Conditions:
Term and Conditions are very important information for clients who are willing to book the tour which contain the information regarding the procedures of Booking Confirmation and Payment. You are suggested to read and understand it carefully before declaration of booking the tour. The Booking Term and Conditions constitute a legally required contract between us and services to be provided by us and set out the basis of your legal relationship with us. The details of our Term and Conditions are listed below:
1. Booking and Payments
To make a booking you must send us a complete filled Booking Application Form, with 25% of the quoted price payment of the tour. This will constitute acceptance by you of these Term and Conditions. You need to submit a scan copy of each Passport to us by E-mail including passport size picture. Due balance of 75% should be made 30 days before the tour commences The tour will only be start after the full payment of the total trip cost. The cost is valid as agreed.
Please contact us once the payment of your direct deposit details. The client is subjected to pay the bank charges at the time to payment from you bank. A receipt will be provided as per the amount received in our account. The following are the bank account details:

2. Cancellation Policy
A notice of cancellation shall be submitted by client in written by e-mail with authentic reason, then the refund procedure will be made as follows:
- 25% of the price, from 70 to 60 working days before the departure.
- 50% of the price, from 59 to 45 working days before the departure.
- 75% of the price, from 44 to 21 working days before the departure.
- 100% of the price, from 20 working days before the departure.
3. Travel Insurance
It is a condition while booking the tour with us that all the travelers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage, personal effects and liabilities with a recommended minimum coverage of US$ 200,000 for each of the categories of cover.
All costs for Emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf.
4. Liability
We aim for the fulfillment of your every desire, in this connection, we perform our duties honestly and seriously to make your experience smooth and pleasant. However, we will not take any responsibility regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslides, road blockage, flood, snow, political-unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents. Any extra-cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
While we undertaking tour, transport, hotel, accommodation and other services only act as an Agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, International flight cancellation/delays or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.
5. Assumption of risk
We understand that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of traveler, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler during the course of the trip, however caused.

All costs for Emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf.
6. Privacy
In order to collect information from you to make a booking through our company we may ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you provide to us will be disclosed for any other purposes.
7. Supplement Charge
On our tour packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room/tent with.
8. Publicity
You agree that Nirvana Photography Tours may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for public and promotion purpose only through whatever medium it chooses.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
We cancel your trip before departure due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavourable climate etc. Alternatively refer you to next trip of a similar standard or refund your money.
However, if any of these circumstances occurs while travelling, the costs to manage the organisation of tour (overnight stays/meals/guides/transport etc) are entirely anticipated by us. This implies that for any events due to unforeseeable circumstances, health reasons or adverse weather conditions, should stop the tour and returning to Kathmandu in advance, you will also have to bear the full cost as if you had participate to the full trip.
10. Client is Responsible
A tour guide who represents the tour deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour immediately. No refund will be made in such case.
11. Amendment of Tour Cost
we reserve the right to revise our pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are beyond our control, for instance changes in exchanges in exchange rate, government action etc. However, we put forth effort to keep on the present rate.
12. Impact on Your Journey
We put our every effort to ensure comfortable and smooth journey as possible nevertheless, sometimes the traveler should understand the western standards are not met and we cannot afford such facilities. The travelers are advise to be patience and prepare for such situations.
